A new community orchard with picnic benches and a variety of fruit trees, creating a space to gather and enjoy.
Tree lined roads and green corridors throughout, including along Oaker Bank and Penny Pot Lane to help shield views.
Over 17 hectares of undeveloped land to provide a green wedge towards Oak Beck.
A net gain in biodiversity on the site
